Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior internship experience in HR or recruitment who wish to gain additional hands-on experience in recruitment administration and performance management within a fast-paced global tech company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment admin tasks, including posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and assisting new hires.
• Help manage and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with performance management and engagement cycles and provide support on data management and reporting.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Previous internship experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field is required.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and G Suite, as well as familiarity with HR software, is a plus.
