The Role
As our People Director, you will lead all aspects of our people strategy to scale and support the team. You will drive initiatives that support business growth, ensure a strong employee experience, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to implement scalable HR systems and strategies while managing talent acquisition, people operations, and engagement.
- Lead the development and execution of Pointr’s global people strategy, aligning it with business goals.
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership on all HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and employee development.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent globally for technical and business roles.
- Implement training and development programs to ensure continuous learning and career growth for all employees.
- Ensure effective compensation and benefits management, employee engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and internal HR processes.
- Develop scalable performance management frameworks to support career progression, feedback loops, and employee development.
- Lead efforts to build role-based competency frameworks and personal development plans.
- Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through structured feedback mechanisms and regular pulse surveys.
- Lead the integration of scalable systems for managing employee data, performance reviews, and compensation across multiple geographies.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience as a People Director, HR Director, or a similar senior HR leadership role, ideally within a tech startup/scaleup environment.
- Expertise in managing global HR operations, especially in remote or hybrid work environments.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and performance management tools (experience with platforms like Culture Amp, Lattice, Hibob, or BambooHR is a plus).
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational design.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while implementing scalable HR solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with C-level executives.
